Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Souna for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its sounds.

Souna+ subscriptions

Souna+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. It renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.

Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Wellness disclaimer

Souna is for relaxation, focus and sleep support only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have a sleep disorder or any health concern, consult a qualified professional. Do not use immersive audio while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.

Acceptable use

Use Souna lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our services or other users’ data.

Intellectual property

Souna, its design, and its sound library are owned by us or our licensors. Mixes you create are yours to enjoy within the app.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of Souna.

Termination & contact

You may stop using Souna at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
